Connecting to Tradovate

Upon purchasing a subscription with TickTickTrader, you will receive a payment confirmation via email, including your Tradovate login details.

Important Note: To access Tradovate platform, it is mandatory to use the same email address during registration and login. Using a different email address may prevent access to the platform.

Log in to Tradovate

To log in to your TickTickTrader account with Tradovate for the first time, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to https://trader.tradovate.com/welcome with the Tradovate username and password which can be found in your new dashboard.
   
   
   
   

2. Read and understand the “Market Data Subscriber Certification.”

   a. “I self-certify that I qualify as a Non-Professional Subscriber:” Check the box.
   b. Select “Non-professional” and click “Next.”
   
   
   
   

3. Read and understand the “Sign Uniform Subscriber Agreement.”

   • “I have read and agree to the Uniform Subscriber Agreement:” Check the box.

   • “I have read and agree to the Federal Electronic Signatures In Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign).” Check the box.
     
     

4. Input your full registered name and the current date on the boxes provided and click “Sign.” 
   
   
   
   

5. Read and understand the “Tradovate End User License Agreement.” and click “Agree.”
   
   
   
   
   

    

   
   

    

6. Select a Trading Mode - Simulation and click on “Continue."
   
   
   
   

7. On the left side panel, there will be a message “Update Your Market Data,”click “OK.”
   
   
   
   

8. Once the charts load, you have now successfully connected to Tradovate.
   
   

TradingView Add-ons

TickTickTrader provides data feed and plugins. This means that you can have advanced features and tools to help access global markets and execute trades thru add-ons.

One of these features is the ability to use TradingView, a popular financial charting platform, within the Tradovate platform. To use TradingView, you'll need to purchase a subscription directly to their platform.

To add TradingView in your account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your TradingView account and navigate to the “Application Settings” icon, located in the main navigation bar at the right top of the page.
   
   
   
   
2. Then select “Add-Ons” to connect to TradingView.
   
   
   
   
3. Once you've found the add-on you want to install, click on the "Activate" button to add it to your Tradovate account.
   
   

Connecting Tradovate to Ninjatrader

Download and Installation Guide – NinjaTrader

In order to download the newly released version of NinjaTrader and connect to the platform, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the NinjaTrader website at https://account.ninjatrader.com/welcome
   
   
   
   

2. Register or log in using the same email address that you have previously registered with us.
   
   
   
   

3. Click on “Additional Options”, then click “Download” under the Download Desktop Platform.
   
   
   
   

4. The page will redirect you to download the most recent release version. Click on “Download” to initiate the download.
   
   
   
   

5. Double-click or click the .msi file and follow the on-screen instructions.

   a.  If you do not have the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 installed on your PC please download and install it here.

   If you have a firewall, spyware, or other such software running on your PC, please ensure that you grant NinjaTrader permission to access the internet, or you may receive an invalid or license-expired message.

    

6. NinjaTrader 8 should run immediately after installation.

Connection Guide – Tradovate to NinjaTrader

1. Login to NinjaTrader using the same username and password registered on the NinjaTrader website.
   
   
   
   

   If your registered login is your Google or Apple ID, click on the appropriate button at the bottom and log in from there.

    

2. In the Control Center window, go to Tools and click Options.
   
   
   
   

3. Click General and under Preferences, check the box for Multi-provider.
   
   
   
   

4. Then, select the menu Connections and then click Configure.
   
   
   
   

5. Go to Connections and double-click NinjaTrader under Available.

6. In the Configured section, click My NinjaTrader and change the connection name to your preferred one.
   
   
   
   

7. Type in your Tradovate login credentials, select “Simulation” on Account type, and click OK to save the changes.
   
   
   
   

8. Go to Connections again, click on your newly created Tradovate connection, and wait for the connection indicator to turn green .
