Yes, all subscriptions (except 100K Express) paid with major debit/credit cards automatically renew on the stated rebill date.
To avoid incurring renewal charges, canceling subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date is necessary. If the subscription is not canceled in time, our refund policy will take effect.
If your card information needs to be updated, you must do so before the renewal date in order to retain your subscription and the expired coupon code.
To update your credit card information, log in to your TickTickTrader Dashboard. Once logged in, look for the section 'Useful Links' on the right side of the screen. Under this section, you will find the option 'Update Credit Card Info'; click on it to access the form where you can update your credit card information.
