KYC Verification Guide

To use your TTTPerformance or TTTDirect account, you must complete the required KYC Verification step.

Some reminders before you begin:

1. Prepare your Proof of Identity and Proof of Address documents. You can find the list of acceptable identification documents here:  Identification Documents for TTTPerformance Account.

2. For Performance Accounts, the KYC Verification will only be accessible once you have reached your Target Profit.

3. Once you have completed your first KYC Verification, you will not be required to resubmit them for a new validated account. You will only need to pay the Activation Fee.

4. If any of your validated documents have expired, you will be asked to go through the KYC Verification process again.

Once you’ve understood these, you may proceed with the following instructions:

1. Locate the Performance Tab to review the accounts that have met the target.

2. Click "Verify and Sign Now," and you will be redirected to the “Home Tab” to initiate KYC verification.

3. On the Home Tab, click “Verify Now” under the KYC Verification to begin the process.

4. Click “Begin Verifying.”
   

   
   

    

5. Click the dropdown menu to select your Country.
   

    

6. Next, start uploading your Proof of Identity.

   Make sure your POI is compliant with our acceptable documentation requirements found here: Identification Documents for TTTPerformance Account.

    

7. Select which ID type you will upload:

   
   
   

8. Upload the photo of your POI (Proof of Identity) either from your PC or from another device.

   
   

    

9. Once the POI is captured, click "Use this photo."

   • If the image is unsatisfactory, you can choose to "Retake photo."

10. After your POI is accepted, you will be asked to upload a Selfie. Click "Get Started" to initiate the selfie verification process.

    • You may do this process with your PC or another device.

11. After the Selfie verification, you will be asked to submit your Proof of Address. Select "Continue" to proceed with uploading your Proof of Address document.

    
    

     

12. Once all the steps are completed, you will receive this success screen message:

    
    
    

13. Go back to the Home Tab, and you will see the tag “Identity Verified” under KYC Verification.

You are now ready to proceed with signing the contract. Instructions on how to do so can be found here: Contract Signing Guide.

Optional:

If your KYC status is marked “Under Review,” don’t worry.

Our professional traders will manually check all the uploaded identification documents for their accuracy and completeness. This process may take up to one (1) business day.

Once the review is complete and the submitted documents are verified, the KYC status will be updated to "Identity Verified.”

Selfie Tips

• Center your face: Put your face in the middle of the frame, making sure it’s in the center of the circle.

• Bright light, good photo: For a clear picture, find a place with a lot of light around you. Natural light from outside is good, or a room with bright lights.

• Hold your phone still: Don't move your hand when you take the picture. This will make the photo blurry.

• Check the photo: Look at the picture after you take it. If you don't like it, take another one!

• Show your eyes (optional): If you wear prescription glasses, please take them off for your selfie.

• Dress appropriately: Ensure that you are appropriately dressed when taking selfies, ensuring that your facial features, such as the forehead, chin, ears, cheeks, eyes, and nose, are clearly visible.
