Transition to Live Accounts
After completing six (6) payouts during the SIM phase, or sooner at the discretion of the Risk Management Department, qualified traders will transition to live accounts, allowing them to trade with real funds. This transition is a significant milestone in the TickTickTrader journey, as it rewards traders for their discipline and consistency during the simulated trading phase.
If eligible, the balance above the initial account size in the Simulated Funded Account (TTTPerformance or TTTDirect Account) will be transferred to the Live Funded Account.
You also have the option to add your remaining payout amount to your live account balance.
Live Funded Account Cap
To ensure a balanced trading environment, starting January 21, 2025, live accounts will have the following balance caps:
- 100k Core Direct Account : $10,000
- 150k Prime Direct Account : $15,000
- 250k Zenith Direct Account : $25,000
- 50K Direct Account : $5,000
Note: If you've transitioned to live before January 21, 2025, or began the onboarding process before this date, you will not be subject to these caps.
Examples:
- Example 1: A trader with a 100k Core Direct Account transitions to live with a balance of $110,000. Since their profit is $10,000 and within the cap, their live account balance will be the full $10,000.
- Example 2: A trader with a 250k Zenith Direct Account achieves a balance of $280,000 after their sixth payout. The profit is $30,000, but since the live account cap is $25,000, their live balance will be capped at $25,000.
- Example 3: After their 3rd payout, a trader with a 250k Zenith Direct Account has a balance of $270,000. The profit is $20,000, but since the trader has only three payouts remaining (maximum of 6 for live), they may withdraw up to $12,000 (maximum $4,000 per payout for this account type).
-
- If they choose to withdraw the $12,000, the remaining profit of $8,000 will be their live account balance.
- If they opt not to withdraw, the full profit of $20,000 will be carried over and become their live account balance.
-
Note:
- Transitioning to live accounts will carry over your balance above the initial account size, up to the cap for your account type.
- You may choose to add your remaining payout to your live account balance.
