Follow the steps below to successfully set up your Skrill account.

You can download the Skrill mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and register directly from there, following the same process.

Via Skrill Website:

• Go to the Skrill website Skrill | My Account.
• To begin, click the "Register" button. Please ensure you're using your own IP address. We recommend avoiding VPNs or proxy services during registration to prevent any issues.

Step 1: Select Country and Currency

Choose your country of residence and preferred currency. Click Next to continue.

Step 2: Set Up Login Credentials

Enter your email address and create a password. Review and accept Skrill’s Terms and Conditions to proceed.

Step 3: Verify Your Email Address

Check your email inbox for a one-time passcode. Enter the verification code to confirm your email address. Click Next to continue.

Step 4: Provide Personal Information

Fill in your personal details, including your first and last name, date of birth, nationality, and occupation. Click Next to proceed.

Step 5: Enter Your Residential Address

Provide your complete residential address, then click Next.

Step 6: Add Your Phone Number

Enter your mobile phone number. Skrill will send you an SMS with a verification code.

Step 7: Verify Your Phone Number

To continue your registration, download and open the Skrill mobile app. You will be prompted to enter your phone number to resume the process. A verification code will be sent to the number provided. Enter the SMS code received to complete phone number verification.

Once all steps are completed, your Skrill account will be successfully created and ready to use.

How To Verify Your Skrill Account

Verifying your Skrill account allows you to unlock full access, remove account limits, and enhance your security against fraud.

Follow the steps below to complete the verification process:

1. Log in to your Skrill account and tap "Verification & Features." 

 

2. Begin the verification process by tapping “Verify”. 

 

3. Consent to facial recognition by tapping 'I Agree' to proceed with biometric verification.
4. Submit the required documents.

• Identity Verification
  • You’ll need to take a photo of your ID and your face.
• Address Verification
  • If you are close to the address you registered with Skrill, enable your location and get confirmation right away.
  • If not, upload a utility bill, bank statement, or another document.
     

5. Once approved, your account will show as fully verified.
