How do I install Bookmap and connect my account?

Here at TickTickTrader, we provide our registered traders with one (1) free license key to use. If you prefer to use Bookmap, kindly contact us via email or live chat to request a license key.

Follow the steps below in installing Bookmap and connecting your account.

Download and Install Bookmap

1. Log in to your TickTick Trader Member’s Area.

2. Scroll down to Active Resources and click BookMap Installer + Addons.

3. The file BookMap Installer + Addons.zip will be downloaded in to your computer.

4. Right-click on the .zip file and extract the Bookmap_installer_Addons\ files.

5. Run bookmap_install.exe and follow the on-screen instructions:

• Run the .exe file and click next on the Welcome screen.
• Click I Agree under the License For Customer Use of Bookmap Service window.
• Choose Install Location, click Next then click Install.
• If Windows Defender Firewall pops up with a security prompt, select Private networks, such as a home network or a corporate network and click Allow access.

• Click Finish to close the installer menu and run Bookmap.

Connect Bookmap

1. Once Bookmap is successfully installed, the application will launch automatically. Select Use License Key.

2. Input your TickTickTrader-issued license key and click Activate.

3. Click OK to proceed.

4. Under the Bookmap run options window, select Trading Mode then click OK.

5. If Windows Defender Firewall opens and prompts you again, select Private networks, such as a home network or a corporate network and click Allow access.

6. Close the Multiple Data Connectivity Options prompt.

7. On the menu bar, click Connections then deselect CoinbasePro and dxFeed Free Delayed. Click Configure.

8. On the Connectivity Configuration window, select each non-TickTickTrader connection and click Remove Connection.

9. At the bottom-left of the window, click Add Connection.

10. On the drop-down menu, scroll down and select Rithmic.

11. Enter your TickTickTrader Rithmic login credentials.

• User name: TTTUxxxx
• Password: Rithmic password

• If you are in USA, select Chicago.
• If you are in Europe, select Europe.
• If you are based in Asia, select Singapore.

13. Click “OK” to proceed. (In this example, we have selected “Europe.” )

14. Click on the Connections tab from the menu bar and select Rithmic.

15. Once Rithmic is connected, click the “+” button to add your markets and instruments, then click Subscribe.

Congratulations, you have successfully connected your Rithmic Account to Bookmap!
